INSTRUCTIONS FOR REVIEWERS

  • Reviewers must respect the confidentiality of the manuscript until the paper is published. The content in the manuscript should not be shared with any other individual or organisation by the reviewer.
  • Reviewers are requested to accept to a review process of a manuscript which is the same field as their expertise and are expected to provide an accurate and appropriate report.
  • The editor should be instantly notified if the manuscript being reviewed does not seem authentic, unique or plagiarism-free.
  • The editor should be informed if it is found that the manuscript was already reviewed by them for any other publisher.
  • The reviewers are not to get in contact with the author without seeking permission from the editor first.
  • If any kind of misconduct is observed in the submitted manuscript it should be notified to the editor through a report.
  • The reviewer is expected to provide the report within 2 weeks, if for any reasons the deadline can not be satisfied, the editor should be notified prior. It is advised for the review process to not pass two weeks.
  • The manuscript should not be directly edited by the reviewer.
  • The report should be given with confidence and should be unbiased for the sake of providing sound and constructive report.
  • The reviewers are advised to keep a copy of their review report as there is a possibility that the author might submit the report for revision of the review process.
  • The reviewers must avoid offensive and unfair language or criticism on the manuscript.
  • The reviewers are expected to give one of the four results after the assessment of the manuscript:
  • Accept

  • Minor revision

  • Major revision

  • Reject
