INSTRUCTIONS FOR EDITORS

  • Editors should actively seek the views of the editorial board members, associate editors, authors, reviewers and readers to find ways of improving the journal's content.
  • Editors are expected to take the initiative and educate the authors, researchers and young scholars about the publishing ethics and policies.
  • Editors can review the submitted manuscripts according to their feasible time, if time does not permit reviewing the manuscript fully, editors can suggest other reviewers to take it forward.
  • When an individual is specifically used in any of the research works, the editors must request a copy of the written consent of the individual to qualify for the publishing of the research paper.
  • Basing on the subject of the research the editor must assign a reviewer for the research paper for the peer review process.
  • The final decision of acceptance or rejection of the article/research paper should be taken by the editor and the same is to be conveyed to the author the the editor.
  • If requested/ needed the submission can be sent to undergo another round of review, the authors are to be asked too resubmit the article for re-reviewing process. The editor will receive e the article again after the second round of review along with the recommendations and comments.
  • After the review process, the authors should be notified to view and respond to the reviewer comments and suggestions.
  • Editors are expected to constructive and detailed review by which the author can get utmost help. The thorough report is to be provided up front at once.
  • To keep the editing process efficient the editor is to be in touch with both reviewer and the author to ensure coordination between the three and smooth running of the process.
